Badlands Inc. offers a satisfaction guarantee on all of our outdoor living and billiards products and services. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers and want to ensure that they are completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product or service purchased from Badlands Inc., we will be happy to issue a full refund upon receiving the item back in its original condition. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

For our recurring service customers, a refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service after cancellation.

We are also proud to offer a one-year warranty on all products purchased from Badlands Inc. If you experience any issues with your product within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.
